Rainglow is a city-building game. This page explains what the game stores about you, why, and how to have it removed.
What the game keeps on your phone
Your cities, settings and wallet are saved on your device. You can play fully offline.
What our server keeps
- An account: a random player id and player code. The game creates it automatically. If you sign in with Google Play Games or Game Center, we also store the player id that service gives us, to recognise you on a new phone. We do not receive your name, email or contacts.
- Cloud copies of your cities, so you can restore them on another device.
- Your wallet and purchases: your Neon balance, what you bought, and the store's purchase receipt, to deliver purchases and handle refunds.
- Technical logs: IP address and request details, kept for at most 14 days to keep the service secure and working.
What we don't do
No advertising, no ad trackers, no selling or sharing of your data. Payments are handled by Google Play or the App Store; we never see your card details.
Where it lives
Our server is hosted in Germany (EU). Data is processed under the GDPR, to provide the game you asked for (performance of a contract).
Your rights and deleting your account
You can ask for a copy of your data or have it deleted at any time: in the game (Cloud save → Delete my account), or by email. Deleting your account removes your cloud saves, wallet and purchase history from our server; local saves on your phone stay until you uninstall the game.
Children
Rainglow is not directed at children under 13.
